Default Ac compressor clicking on and off.

So my nephew has an 08 Accord Coupe and his Ac stopped working. I assumed it was low but when I hooked up the gauge to the low side it read 120.I hear the compressor and fans engage ever 5-7 seconds.

Rapid cycling can have several causes, but most frequent is low charge. A static pressure level of 120 psi does not accurately indicate charge level. You need to observe low side pressure when system is cycling. If pressure is going below perhaps 15 psi, then low pressure switch opens, disengaging compressor clutch.

Fix is to charge to correct level. See following video link for help.

If you have no experience w/ AC work, better to let someone w/ experience charge your system.

Other reasons for rapid cycling are excessively high pressure and blockage in system.

good luck

Thanks Tex, I did put that my gauge was reading 120 on the low side.So I had it drained and refilled,by the dealer. It worked fine for about an hour then blew warm again.

Are you using a gauge similar to the video that can connect to both ports? Are you testing with the engine running and the a/c turned on?
