Default Accord 04 EX - Clock stuck at 00:00

Hi all, so this issue manifested after getting a new battery installed in my Honda Accord '04 EX. (With the touchscreen navigation)

I have unlocked both the radio and the navigation respectively with each of their codes after the new battery. The clock above the dash is displaying an inaccurate time. Normally, I adjust the time using the touchscreen navigation in the settings, but it is locked to "00:00". It will not allow me to adjust hours or minutes, tried it with the automatic GPS setting on and off. (The map navigation and satellite radio are both working fine, so it doesn't seem to relate to the signal.)

To my knowledge, there is no other way to adjust or set the clock in the EX. Any ideas?

Thanks for replying. H/U Time Send was already set to "On". Know anything else to try?

If this helps, here is a picture of my navigation clock settings: https://i.imgur.com/wNzBhHU.jpg I currently have the settings to "Auto", but Clock stays on 00:00 no matter what I try.

And when you adjust the time it goes back to 00:00. I posted a pic of my settings

Make sure all you're systems are green in diagnostics mode.

Make sure you are connecting to satellites. I think the min is 5. I'm not sure though

Yes sir, all diagnostics were green. In terms of changing the time, the "+" and "-" symbols do nothing, it stays locked to 00:00. Something interesting, in one of the GPS pages in the diagnostics, it showed a date of "2001" somewhere. Making me think when the car was acquiring the GPS signal to begin with after the battery change, it messed up on the time part and lead to this error. Do you know of a way to get the car to refresh the signal through another means, or is disconnecting the battery the only way?

Yes, it is, but that's what I mentioned in the above post. Your date at the bottom is correct, mine is showing 2001
