In this picture: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...d-advise-2-jpg

Is that a shadow or is that discoloration on that a/c line?

North America (i.e., USA and Canada) circuit and wire routing diagrams do not show a gray 2P connector with a Red/ wire and a Brn/ wire near that area. The A/C compressor clutch is in the left engine compartment for North American 1995 Accords. The only gray 2P connector near the gray 1P compressor clutch connector is for the A/C condenser fan motor.

Your Australian RHD has differences; for example, you have no EGR valve. In one of your pictures, it shows a blue connector. If the A/C compressor clutch connector is blue, then that is another difference (US Accord have a gray 1P connector).

The wiring colors for the gray 2P connector you have would also be different than for USA Accord fog lights.

system previously had UV dye inside which can be seen in sight glass. took of the cap and service connectors (low and high side) and connector is filled with UV dye. could that be a sign of connector valve leak?

Yea that would be a sign of a leak. So you can add new valve cores to your list of items to replace.

I am unsure if they are the same valves, but what I have done in this situation if the valve is leaking is replaced the hose that is connected to the valve. I'm unsure if its the low or high side that had dye underneath the cap, but they can be seen here: http://www.hondapartsnow.com/diagram...pes-461692.png

#6 is the low side. 80321-SV1-A11
#8 is the high side. 80341-SV1-L11
