Okay so heres some background...

Over a month ago it started acting funny, I would start my car and it would shut off after about a second. I would try starting it again and it would start right up. It started getting worse and worse it would happen more often or it wouldnt start right up the second time...it started taking 5-10 times to start. Finally about a month ago it just wont stay started at all. All it will do is run for a second and shut off.

I am getting a code 15. I replaced the whole dissy, the main relay, and checked ground 101. I have been talking to someone on JustAnswer for the last month and we have tested everything... Here is our conversation.

You may have a bad ECM.

 

Is there anyway to test that?

I took photos just now of the inside of the ECM.

Unless you knew someone or had a similar 5th generation Accord to swap the ECM, it is somewhat limited on what you can do to test the ECM.

From briefly reading and looking at one of the picture posted on the JustAnswer link, it may be the ECM.

Try the following:
With the ECM plugged back in, measure voltage by backprobing between ECM terminal A26 (Brn/Blk wire) and A21 (Yel/Grn) wire, with the ignition switch ON. The Brn/Blk wire is ground and the Yel/Grn wire is the Ignition Output Signal to the ICM.

I noticed in your attached picture on JustAnswer, what looks like the wire insulation pierced in the Yel/Grn wire near the distributor. Backprobing is either using a backprobe set or using a thin needle or something and making contact with the metal terminal of the connector without piercing the wire in the back of the still connected connector. Care must be taken to ensure that the wiring does not get damaged. You can use something like a T pin, available at Walmart, etc., and backprobe. These pictures are just to give a picture of the concept of backprobing without piercing any wires.
