Default Accord K24Z3 what is the best possible oil for european market and 150k miles engine?

Hi i am recently pround owner of Honda accord for european market 2.4 petrol manual gearbox , year 2011 8th generation before face lift, with engine k24z3 ,
I wonder, what is the best possible oil for european market and 150k miles engine?

I live in europe and car have 150k miles already from previous owners,
car doesnt have very regular oil maitenance some oil changes from previous/ owner/s were at around 30k, i dont know what engine oil was used...
some of the oil change intervals were between 2-3 years so..

Please advice me as far as i understand for such engine 0w 20 will be worst possible option, so what are my options should i stick with 5w 30 or something else please advice thanks.

Whatever damage (if any) was done by the previous owner can't be undone. All you can do is change the oil at the intervals recommended in the owner's manual.

I use Penzoil Platinum on my TSX, but the important thing for you to do is change the oil at the recommended intervals in the owner's manual.

Use the weight oil recommended by Honda for your car. I think it is 0-w20.

Check the oil level at regularly to make sure you don't have a leak or burning oil.

Unfortunately in europe we dont have penzoil,
also people in europe think 0w 20 is eco friendly oil so they dont use it at least in europe...
Am i safe to use 5w 30 for example?

Do you have the owners manual? It should be in there.

If not, we can get online owners manual from Honda, so maybe you can get the owners manual online for the Euro Accord.

The 08-11 US shop manual says 5w-20 oil. I can't imagine the UK is different.

You may want to call your local Honda dealership to verify.
