Well, I'm just a few days away from buying my first Honda Accord, (2006 LX sedan 'Special Edition' 4cyl.), and I was wondering where that particular model was built?

I've heard that the Accord models built in the U.S. tend to have the most problems, (though minor), as opposed to those built in Mexico or Japan. And, others have said that Accord models built in Mexico have the most problems, (ie. interior rattles, poor fitted panels, etc.).

I appologize if this question is in the wrong forum category, as I am new to this group.

Can someone clear up these questions for me, if at least put my mind at ease over who and where my (future) Accord LX sedan happens to be built! Thanks!

 

Hello New Member...Welcome to the forums.

Just ask your car dealer where it was made at and they will tell you.

Also most doors have the date of manufacture posted on them and where they were made at...
