Default Accord won't start

Hi I have a 97 Honda accord 4 cylinder and it has been sitting for little over a month now, it was really low on gas the last time I moved it also my son had got something out of the car 1 night and left the light on, so I purchased a new battery and I put 10 worth of gas in thru a gas can but the car won't start still, PLEASE HELP....

Turn the key ON but don't immediately turn to START. Listen for the fuel pump to run for 2 seconds then stop, along with the check-engine lamp coming on for 2 seconds (bulb-check). Fuel pump is not very loud, so you want to turn off the blower, radio, etc.
