Default anno2002 rear brake cylinder

I am trying to replace rear brake pads on my 02 accord v6. I cannot seem to get the cylinder compressed to reinstall. I have removed emergency brake cable and tried to loosening bleed nut. Nothing seems to work. Is there a trick to getting the cylinder compressed? Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks, Patrick

I'd try turning the caliper piston, sort of like screwing it in

you will need a large flat bladed screwdriver or a large chisel to turn the calipers back in.... they should turn somewhat freely...if not, you might have to replace/ rebuild them them
