Default bad hesitation

ok so i got a 94 accord, f22b1 2.2 vtec, if you lightly push the gas its runs almost fine, once you press the gas down to accelerate harder, its spits and sputters bad, idle goes from 500-1000 when stopped, only does this after the car is warm. first thing in the morning its fine for about 5 min, i put new plugs in it, and check for spark from each wire and its all good, tps is new, and the CEL is not on. any ideas? and the egr valve and ports where recently cleaned about 2 months ago.

Check for codes anyways.

I would remove the snorkel from the throttle body. Start the engine cold and cover the lower port inside of the throttle body with your finger. You should get pretty good suction.

When the engine warms up (both fans should turn on) and idle is changing, cover the lower port inside of the throttle body with your finger. Is there significant suction? Does the idle stabilize?

I would also clean the inside of the throttle body and clean both sides of the throttle plate. Use some throttle body cleaner and an old toothbrush.
