Cool Badge removal question

I'm considering removing the "Accord" emblem from the trunk lid of my 2002 Coupe. Is it attached with pegs or adhesive tape? If it's tape, does a heat gun work to loosen the adhesive?

I don't know the answer, but I like the roadster in your signature. I used to have a 72 510 & I thought the roadsters were pretty cool.

Some emblems are held on with tape, heat gun would work for those. I just don't know which emblems have pegs.

yes, the accord badge is put on with adhesive. Heat it up, then use some fishing line to cut thru the soft adhesive and get the badge off. Then use goo gone, bug n tar remover, etc to get the residue off. Then wax it.
