i.ve notice that since ive had my accord if lights are on if i push a radio button or signal or push curise lights dim. i know thats usually normal but in my last 2 cars its never been that week. could it use a new batt. ? i assume its the orignal batt. should be 2 1/2 years old.

 

Does it do this when the engine is running? If so, then check for loose/dirty/corroded connections at the alternator & the engine-to-body ground wire.

In any case, check the battery cables (both ends) too.

Firstrule out wiring, but if this is happening when the engine is running, it sounds more like a weak alternator.
