hello all.

I've got a 2000 Accord SE 2.3 ULEV with a bad upper o2 sensor. Everyone I talked to insists I buy a factory Honda part for this or I will be kicking myself.
Can anyone offer up any feedback on this? Or tell me a good place to purchase factory sensors. My local dealer wants $220..

But do you have a part number? Since you have a ULEV accord the sensor may be different.

Where I get all my parts from.

 

Denso makes the sensors for Honda, and you can get them at AutoZone, Advanced, & places like that. Shop around on the web.

Only thing is it's a ULEV. MAKE SURE the parts store lists a different part # for the ULEV engine. Because the sensor IS different. More expensive, but still less than the dealer.

So, if I am reading correctly, the factory Honda sensors are made by Denso.
I did come across these from various vendors.

Any idea, other than calling the dealer, on how to find the correct part number?
