I have a 1990 Accord dx That is Devil Possesed ! lol .

My blinker indicator lights in the dash do not work, but Blinkers work on the Outside of car ! Sometimes they will work and sometimes they both flash together like I have my hazzard lights on .Ive checked fuse and the relay under dash makes that Blinking noise when i turn them on!

If you turn on the hazards, do both the interior and exterior lights work?

 

Pahonda only the outside lights work with Hazard turned on

 

Sounds like a problem with a faulty hazard switch.

 

welp... if its your dash that doesnt work when using blinkers/hazards, perhaps the individual lights inside the dash are blown. atleast the dash is easy enough to take out *5 minutes tops* to check.

im not sure how exactly stock is wired, but maybe a fuse in the box is blown also

When you say Switch you mean the button on the dash i push to turn on Hazard lights is bad ?

the blinkers seem to start working after car warms up ! ther crazy sometimes they both flash @ same time in the dash only , while the ones on outside are working normal ! But most of the time they dont work @ all in the dash !
