Brake Rotor Question

Brake Rotor Question
I am repairing the front brakes again due to brake shudder. I have 55K and already put on new pads and had the rotors turned at 20K, due to shudder. I am thinking of upgrading the rotors so it doesn't shudder every 20K.
I really like the car, but I don't like the brakes, brakes, brakes.
Any ideas??

Also, when was the last time you replaced the calipers? or did you ever do a brake system flush...out with all the old fluid and in with the new ( Correct) fluid Honda approves...

Stock rotors and pads, but I have seen a TSB on front brakes that uses different pads and spring up front.. So I want to upgrade the rotors and am buying stock pads and spring as stated in the TSB.
No I have not replaced the brake fluid at less than 3 years old and less than 55K, I don't need to yet. I will test it and see if it needs to be changed and will change if it needed.
I had read that before about embed brake rotor/pads. I did it back then.

Accord Brake Rotors
Brake fluid (old or new) has no correlation with shudder. Shudder is either warped rotor(s) (not likely) or baked-on "pad "poop" (most likely).
Speaking of rotors, my 2007 Accord EX-V6 has the same shudder problems. I want to replace all four rotors prior to an extended trip.
Does anyone have recent DIY experience with rotor replacement, and where did you get the rotors?
Thanks much in advance,

When I used to autocross and play at the racetrack, I would flush my brakes three or four times a year. Like an oil change, it is cheap maintenance.
Have you checked the rotors for run out? Do you feel the pulsations in the brake pedal?
