Cam position sensor
I don't have a volt meter, but the battery seems fine. Power locks/windows work and so do the headlights, radio, and instrument lights. What would prevent the cel and battery light not to appear? All I changed was the cps while the negative battery terminal was unplugged.
That's correct, the cel and battery light does not bulb check. The car just cranks but won't turn on.
I kind of doubt changing back the cps will change anything; but, who knows?
These are some of the listed items to check in the service manual for an 8th gen Accord; but, the engine is similar to the 7th gen Accord 4 cylinder. But, with the Check Engine Light not coming on, it may be indicative of the ECM not receiving power.
Symptom: Engine does not start (does not crank)
1. Check for loose battery terminals or connections.
2. Check the battery for a low state of charge.
3. Check the starter.
4. Check the starter cut relay.
5. Check the transmission range switch (A/T model).
6. Check the clutch interlock switch (M/T model).
7. Check the ignition switch or related circuits.
Symptom: (Engine cranks, but does not start)
1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs.
2. Check the PGM-FI main relays.
3. Check for IMMOBI status and function.
4. Check the fuel pressure.
5. Check for plugged or damaged fuel line.
6. Check for plugged fuel filter.
7. Check the throttle body.
8. Check for low engine compression.
9. Check for a damaged or broken cam chain.
10. Do the engine control moduel (ECM)/powertrain control module (PCM) reset function with the Honda Diagnostic System (HDS) to cancel the ALL INJECTORS STOP function.

If you want to see if the cps is causing a problem, just unplug the connector and try to start the car.
I just checked the ecu fuse and it looks fine. The battery terminal and the grounds were clean and I made sure they were tight. I think the problem is electrical, something probally got fried. I appreciate everyones help but im really frustrated. I think I'm going to tow it to a mechanic.
