I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, didn't work. I checked my work several times already. The only thing I haven't tried was reinstalling the old sensor. The car isnt under warranty.

So I just finished reinstalling the old cps. Still wont start, no cel bulb check, and no battery bulb check.

Reinstall the new sensor, since you verified that this is not a problem with the sensor.

I don't have any great ideas on what you should do next. Does your car have an automatic or manual transmission?

If you have access to a code reader, you may be able to clear the original code. I hate giving this advice, but you may need to call the dealership for service. Their HDS may have to reset the PCM. It can't hurt to call their service dept.

When you turn the key to the II position and do not try to start the car, do you hear the fuel pump prime for about two seconds? If so, you might want try popping the clutch to start the car.

You know I'm not sure if I hear it prime. Let's say the fuel pump went bad or the Fuel pump relay went bad. Would the cel/battery lights not show because of this? I know it would prevent the car to start.

The CEL not lighting up usually means no power to the ECM or ECM not functioning.

Does the ECM have a fuse attached to it? If so I'll pull it out and take a look.

I also would recheck closely the battery fuse and main fuse which I posted early in this thread. You never know.
