The cables under the hood (6th gen accord) that move when you move the stick for 1,2,3,4,5,R it’s like a big one and a little one with c-pin and a paper like and metal like washer could someone walk me thru how to reassemble that

 

I think you are asking how to reinstall the shifter cable to the transmission. I attached a picture of the order of the components that should help with the order of the washers/bushing. If this isn't enough, then search youtube for replacing shifter bushings on a Honda Accord.
