Default Can flat spotted tires cause a p0300 code

This is a general question. Intermittently, I get a p0300 code that either goes away by itself or I reset it with my OBDII. This may sound foolish, but I read somewhere online that if you have a lot of tire vibration, it can disrupt the knock sensor and throw an engine misfire code. The front tires on my 2000 Accord have flat spots and I'm wonder if could set off this code.

That would be the first I've heard if it does? Car vibration happens all the time.
