Cant open bonet? Help

Hello

I release the bonet from inside which is works, but I can't open the bonet hatch.

Has anyone ever had this, or anyone got any ideas?

Honda Accord 2000 1.8S

you mean when you pull the hood release you hear the hood pop but you cannot release the lever to open the latch?

there is a second latch that you have to lift. just look in the gap under the "bonet" and you will see it.
