Just bought 2017 Accord Sport. How can I activate CarPlay?

I'm not familiar with the newer accords options. You may be getting a delayed response from others for the same reason.

What is CarPlay?

I think what you are referring to is an app from APPLE used to interface with your cars' radio. There is an android version for Android users called Android Auto. My salesman at the dealership helped me sync it with my radio.

I'm not sure the "Sport" model has Apple Carplay. Your owner's manual should have the information you need. If you have the App on your phone, and connect your phone to the USB slot under the audio unit, it should connect. Does your car have a "Source" menu? I use Android Auto in my 2016, but it's an EX, not a Sport model.
