I'm an example of those people who don't actually check the cat. It's true, I've never opened up my cat or used any tools to gauge it. But hey, the additives worked for me, so I'm not lying. I just wanted to share my experience with the OP.

No, you've been pretty helpful around here especially since most of us have never even driven a hybrid Accord. I was just whining about guys who don't want to check anything to diagnose their own car, they just want someone to tell em what part to buy.
