Changing BOTH tie-rod Ends...
 
Ok.... I have done all the necessarry work to get the tie-rod ends changed.... but I did notice when I disconnected the boot for the inner tie-rod end oil spewed out... What kind of oil should I put back in there??? I am going to use a seringe BTW..

There shouldn't be any oil in there. It usually indicates a leaking steering rack.

Could this bad steering rack cause the Inner tie-rod ends to go out??

No...that means that the seals on the rack are leaking ....depending on how much the rack leaks i would not waste my time replacing inner tie rods,, if you plan on replacing the steering rack the reman rack comes with new inner tie rods

Now... were you replacing the inner tie rods or the tie rod ends???
inner tie rods are the ones that bolt into the rack and need to remove the rack dust cover to replace them

the tie rod ends are the ones at the end of the steering rack , and attached to the stering knuckle .
