Default Changing turn signal bulb? Manual doesn't help...

2003 EX 4dr

The dealer gave me the manual for an 03 coupe... It said to remove the two clamp things holding the wheel well lining in place with a flat head screw driver. I did that but couldn't manage to peel away the wheel well lining to access the bulb. I drive a lot and can't afford another moving violation, so I need to fix this soon. Any help is appreciated.

on the 03 if it's anything like the headlight bulb you should be able to peel it back from the front bumper a bit the reach up in between that splash guard and the bumper and access the bulb from underneath.... Unless I am confusing your setup with a different car that should be all you need to do.

I tried this. The manual says to just remove the two clips with a screw driver and you can pull away the splash guard. The guard is really on there and I do not want to break anything trying to pull it back. Is it possible there is more than those 2 little clips holding it in place? Maybe a screw somewhere that isn't mentioned in the manual?
