Charging problem
Hi
I'm working on a 2013 Honda Civic ExL 1.8L that has a charging issue sometimes is charging 14V for 7 to 10 days and suddenly stops charging, and the battery light does not lid neither the check engine light.
i checked the codes but i didn't find any, the owner told me that he replaced the alternator and battery with no luck so he put the original back.
Today i noticed that when i turn the headlights on, the alternator start to charge at 14V, and stops again when i turn them off
Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
