2003 EX Passenger Side Turn Signal Not Working
Have you done any recent work on the car not long before you had this issue?
So only the driver's side is working when using either the turn signals or the hazards?
If yes, then I suspect a faulty turn signal/flasher relay that is located in the under dash fuse box. You may have to remove a plastic trim panel to access the relays.
The issue could be something else in the electrical system. If you want to be 100%, you could do some electrical testing that can verify you have an issue on the part of the turn signal flasher feeding the passenger side of the vehicle.
