Civic seats in Accord

Civic seats in Accord
Alright heres the deal. Today I bought a 97 Accord LX. The interior is FILTHY.
Ive got a 2000 Civic LX. Its smashed in the back. The interior is CLEAN.
Want I need to know is this.. Can I put the civic seats in the accord? If so, is it a simple process or what?
Also, any other info you might have on parts that I might be able to use from the civic on the accord would be very helpful.
