While it looks like theres a bill in the MD state senate to discontinue front license plates. unfortunately, until then, i cant afford to get popped. for those of you who live in states that require a front plate (or anyone else), what kind of mountings have you used and not fubar your beautiful new front facia? include pics!

Search Autozone for 46230-8 its basically a mount that can swivel. I used one recently on our CR-V I bolted it underneath and then rotated it up, and bolted the plate on the bottom and then bought some two sided sticky pads to hold the other side down. Its worked well. It may not work on a Accord but I think it may.

 

here in texas you can stick in on the inside of your windshield.

i had a Sentra SE-R that didnt have screw holes in the bumper, so i just tossed the plate in my trunk and if i ever got pulled over, which was never i would pull it out and stick it in my windshield

problem solved

If you're going to mount the license plate, why not use the stock license plate mounting. It can be installed without drilling into the bumper and removed without damaging the bumper. Refer to link below regarding the license plate mount.
