Clock Spring or SRS unit

Clock Spring or SRS unit
I'd thought I would try again before I continue with my experiment ... Does anyone know if the V6 clock spring is compatible with a 4cyl model? They have different part numbers. The V6 clock spring has the cruise control as well as stereo control wiring, which is why I want to replace my old unit (which only has cruise control wiring). I am hoping I can plug and play the V6 clock spring SRS unit into my 4cyl model without a hitch. So that I can use the cruise control and stereo controls that I recently installed (by installing a newer V6 model steering wheel).
Thanks,

RE: Clock Spring or SRS unit
Yes the cable reel. One end goes into the steering wheel (cruise control harness, stereo control harness, airbag harness, and ground), and the other end goes to the car. I'm hoping the end of the V6 cable reel female plug with be compatible with the 4cyl model male end at the car. Thanks for your response though. I think I'll just buy a used cable reel and see if it'll work.
Thanks.
Thanks.
