I was replacing gaskets and seals on my crankcase. And this is how the bolts came out. I can't get the old gaskets off. Do I cut them. Should the new ones slide over the lip in the bolt or is the bottom part a speaker stud. Even if they are how do I get the new ones over that lip. The new ones are much more flexible

 

I meant sperate stud not speaker stud
