Default Dents, Scratches and Rust

Whats the best way to fix tiny dents in the car w/o bringing it to a body shop? Scratches i know you can more or less buff out (scratch x is awesome)

then theres the honda rust. What is a good way to fix that? Don't you have to physically cut off the part that is rusted and then somehow fasten new material to the car and then sand it and prime it and paint it?

Can i get some help in a direction to go? I more or less have a honda accord 93 that runs fine but the exterior in itself could be a "project" car. Thanks.

Haynes has a good auto body work manual that covers all types of body repairs. Check ybay or online for the manual.

good luck

Yeah that would be the best idea. It's not too hard once you get at it, but theres a lot more to it than I or anyone else can explain here really.
