If you have replaced those I would look for a vacuum leak. Check the throttle body, intake manifold, and all the sensors from the intake manifold to the head.

Get a vaccume gauge with a T fitting and start checkin vaccume hoses and compair with shop manual. I wrapped all my vaccume hoses in electrical tape where they connect to metal hoses because i had provlem with mine blowing off and leaking all the time. Even slight leaks cause problems. But id check them first cause it sucks cutting tape everytime u gotta replace something.

Have you bled the air out of the coolant system?.

Idle going up and down is a symptom of air in the system.
