detaching antenna from accord 95

hi guys, my antennna is bent ta the momment
does any1 know how to get the antenna out of the body and replace them?

You have to take the liner out of the trunk on the antenna side. And then you need to remove the chrome ring on the outside that goes around the antenna. Honda makes a special tool for it, as its easy to scratch the body and antenna with a screwdriver.

s the chrome ring just a pull out one or a twist and unlock?
