Did head gasket car still runs rough n smokes
94 Honda accord 2.2. Did a junkyard motor swap and it ran good for about 3 days til I noticed loss of power and white smoke from exhaust and milky oil. Did some research and found it could be the head gasket cheapest way so I did it and car runs like crap still has a lil more power but won't rev past 4k and oil isn't too milky not sure if it's from what was leftover in the crankcase from when I drained it. Also smokes but not nearly as bad when it first did. Any ideas? Cracked head? Bad rings? Any helP would be awesome

Bad rings would be my thought. And is the oil still filling up with anti freeze? Do a compression test and if everything comes back good. Try checking your intake manifold for leaks. Pure white smoke or blueish color?

Do not run the engine anymore until you figure this out. You are risking serious damage to bearings and cylinders.
Do a leak down test |
No it didn't smoke today but did yesterday as it was a lot colder. I checked timing and it's out 180 degrees I'll see how that works
