Default Do I need all 1 B service?

My dealer wants $160 for a 1 B service. The largest things are oil and filter and tire rotation, all the rest is inspection work. This seems like a great money grab by Honda/my dealer. Do I need all of this or should I just get the oil change (tires were just rotated) ?
Vehicle is a 2007 SE V6 with 16000 KM.

Thanks for you help !

Do you have to do this "service" to keep your warranty valid? Do you have a warranty? Sounds like a rip off to me. Is this the dealer you bought the car from? I just had my oil changed and tires rotated for about $50 at my local Valvoline shop.

I'm not sure if this needs to be done to keep my warranty valid. Does anyone know ?

The only way to know that one is to read your warranty. Your warranty may be different than other people's.

You say KM, so you must not be in USA...
Some of the USA federal laws about warranties may not apply, and Honda might write the warranties differently.

My thoughts exactly.

I'm in Canada. I looked throught all the warranty literature I have and can not find anything specifying you have to follow their "recommended" service. I just finished bringing it in and asked for the oil change only.

That is probably what I would have done.

Yeah. Magnuson-Moss warranty act makes it illegal for Honda to void the warranty - as long as you get 'equivalent' service somewhere. Even do-it-yourself. They also can't void the warranty for something unrelated.

Strictly, that only applies in USA, but I bet the warranties are written about the same for all North America. If you were in Asia, I wouldn't have a clue...
