driver seat moving forward when braking - replacement?

well as far as I've read it's actually A LOT of people who have the same problem..
so now that we know that guy came out with a fix hopefully someone technically inclined will become adventurous

did anybody figure this out yet??? It is soooo annoying.

On top of that my leather seat started sqeaking a little bit when I move on it (sounds like a spring maybe?) ugh.
