I have a 1994 Honda Accord with daytime running lights. The issue is intermittent day time running lights, when they are working the high beams are both on, when they stop working.... and the headlights are turned on (with the switch), the right high beam is out, I have taken the drl out from under the dash, inspected the circuit board, resolderd a couple of the relay pins, and still no change, I know the bulb is good, as I switched them. Has anyone come across this specific problem, and found a common solution?????

Even if the high beam bulb lights, it may be bad causing your DRL problem if you already checked the DRL module. Your car is probably a Canadian Accord, as USA Accords didn't have DRL in your model year.
