E brake light 94 ex sedan

alright so my dad's car is a 94 ex sedan and most of the time the e brake light is on even though the e brake is down. this in turn (i heard) shuts off the abs because the abs light turns on too a lil bit later. can anyone help?

chk to make sure there is planty of fluid in the reservoir and that master cylinder is not leaking ?? also take a look at the abs modulator i have seen a bunch of them leak.. and on the final note,, you need to pull the abs code and post it here

under the glove box.. rt side of dash, there is the sc connector ,, it is a 2 wires connector not plugged to anything, it is next to a 3 wire connector not plugged to anything either .. they might be hooked into a green plastic cap,
You need to jump the 2 wire connector together with a paper clip,, turn ignition switch on and on the instrument cluster cound the sequence of flashes of the abs lite .long and short

1 long short pause 2 short is code 1-2
1 long longer pause 1 long is code 1,, code is repeating itself,, etc etc .
as for the E- brake lite being on , if fluid is full it might be a bad master cylinder cap , i have seen a bunch of them act up
