Default ecu question

Hey guys I got some great help here a while back. Helped me fix an immobilizer issue after a swap. Well I am still having issues.
Right now I have the dreaded surging idle. I have eliminated everything I can think of. Then I had a thought.
Heres what I have. Its a 99 v6 accord. The engine is from a 2000. The harness from a 2001 and the ecu from a 2002. The immobilizer wire wind up being in a different spot on the ecu than the wiring on the plug.
So I am wondering if maybe either the tps sensor or iacv sensor is in a different position also. The engine temp is also not reading. So I am wondering on that also.

Does anyone have access to the pin diagrams. I need one for the 2002 ecu and for the 2000. I need to do some comparing to see whats different. I have looked all over the internet and cant find what I am looking for.
Sorry this was so long. Hope someone can help. The car has been down for a year now. Mostly from no time to work on it.

I provided them for you in your first thread when you joined the forum. Those are the pin-outs for 98-02. Refer to the link:
