Alright all you body work guys.....

This energy absorber styrofoam, polystyrene, whatever thing in my front bumper.....do I need it?? I hate to spend $45 on a piece of styrofoam. I have all 3 pieces of mine, can I just glue it back together without affecting anything?

Thanks....

That stuff absorbs the energy of collisions by breaking & crushing. So it's already done that? Or... how did it break? If it's crushed at all, I wouldn't try to fix it.

Well, my car was hit on the right side corner by some loser that felt the need to hit and run...[:@][:@][:@]

It looks more like it grabbed the bumper and pulled it off, the thing just broke in the process. I am going to try to find one, I just put in an online order from a dealer, want to see what shipping is....my local dealer doesn't have the absorber and wants $75 more for the bumper.

Masking tape works good to hold it in place.
