Default Engine clicking noise while accelerating, PLEASE HELP

Hi,
I would REALLY appreciate some help!!
The car is a Honda Accord 2000, 6 cyl. Automatic. It makes a clicking noise ONLY while accelerating in slow speeds AND only when the engine's warm. Doesn't matter if in Drive or Reverse. It does the same thing in Park or Neutral too.
I brought it to a mechanic and they did a valve adjustment, but the problem is still there.
Any ideas anyone?

If the clicking noise is happening when hitting the gas pedal while in park, then you may be able to use a piece of hose to try to find the location of the noise.
