Default Engine oil leak

I need some help figuring out what this part is. It leaks from the area shown in the image whenever the engine is on, but no leaks when the engine is off.

I also may have minor leaks from my valve cover gasket and possibly the vtec solenoid. How much would this possibly cost to repair or should I just fix this myself?

The car is a 2006 honda accord LX with a 2.4 engine.

That is the VTC strainer. The filter/gasket is Honda part #15845-RAA-A0, Filter Assy., Vtc.

You need to remove the drive belt, then the power steering pump, and then the drive belt auto-tensioner to access.

Thank you! That doesn’t seem like too much of a hassle. I appreciate the help!
