Just wondered i just bought a 95 accord 2.2l. the tranny is slipping horribly and has to be repaced, it has 165000 miles. would it be just as easy to drop whole drivetrain out the bottom and change the tranny,,,is automatic by the way?

 

That is a tough call. I would guess that removing the transmission will be easier through the bottom.

If you had a cherry picker, maybe removing them together through the top would be easier?
