my engine stalls or dies as soon as you give it gas. if it dont die it will run fine.

any idea what the problem is?

Do you have a CEL? or have you checked for stored codes?

Can you give any more info? last tune up? Timing belt?

What is the idle RPM?

can you unplug the IACV and see if the idle drops 200 RPM

 

I had a jdm motor put in last week. put new water pump, all new timing gears and belts and all seals.
new plugs and wires ,air filter.
the only code its sending is 1 o2 sensor the car idles around 700 rpm
