EPS light in 2005 Accord 2000cc?

Default EPS light in 2005 Accord 2000cc?
Hi I am buying a 2005 Honda Accord (2000cc) that has been imported from Singapore. When I switch on the ignition, the EPS light flashes on for a few seconds. I guess it is electronic power steering. DOES THIS MEAN that the car has electronic stability control?
