does anybody have any information on where i can source a turbo manifold for a f20b6. been looking at f20 and f22 ones but the bolt holes seem off.

There is a UK site that probably can get it; but, it probably won't be cheap. Their site is currently down at the moment.

What year Accord did the f20b6 have come from?

 

From looking at the link image you included above, you're probably looking for a turbo manifold for non-diesel F20b6 motor and an aftermarket turbo. I probably can't find such info. then.

In the UK, they have a turbo diesel 2.0 motor. The manifold would be $690.27 plus shipping, etc. I included a picture of the diesel manifold, plus a picture of the OEM turbo. The turbo is $1,475.39 U.S. These are for a 1999 Accord 2.0 motor.
