Well, on your 99 F23 the CKP and TDC sensors are down at the crank. That doesn't mean you use those sensors, because the F20b ECU will be looking for the collection of sensors in that distributor. You need to run the wires to the distributor.

Its crude but look at this.

I had to go through the same thing, as I used to have an F20b.

I'm running the f20b ecu....my car is a automatic....but the standard fuel pump in the accord won't run the motor right...so I had to buy 255 fuel pump...once I put that in....it's a beast! It revs all the way to 8k...if I push it hard I can shift at 8 k thru all the gears....i also have jdm f23 tranny in there...cuz the f20b auto tranny they sent me was bad ....so I have to get it fixed still

What do you mean the fuel pump won't run right?

Gotcha Yea I have a 2000 Accord Ex Manual though and I put in an H23a Vtec. I have the PCB ECU but wouldn't run my coolant through( fan never came on). but I drove it two days ran good just turn a/c on.
