Default Fake Honda Parts Ebay

I was looking up an O2 sensor on Ebay. There is a page of both sensors between $120 and $160 pictured with either a Honda box or a clear bag with a Honda sticker on them but the description says OEM only no mention of Honda. At first they look like a Honda one until you compare the photo to a Honda one. The covering is slightly different. I did a web search for fake Honda parts on Ebay and ran across people who purchased a timing belt kit sold as a true Honda one on Ebay that broke around 5000 miles. I purchased my Honda timing chain off of Ebay as it was on backorder and came from a local dealership.

Ebay (and Amazon) does sell legitimate Honda parts but there are many counterfeit parts. By wary of the "OEM" trick. Often if the price is too good to be true it's junk. Have to do your due diligence.

My Accord's original O2 sensor was an NTK. Amazon sells them for $63. It has the sleeve over the harness unlike the Denso one runs perfect.
