Exclamation first gear and third gear = car shaking (stick shift)

Hi,
when I accelerate on 1st gear my car starts shaking for a little while till it goes faster. It doesn't happen when I push the gas pedal to get to really high RPMs (up to 3000). Then second gear is ok, but then sometimes I notice the shaking when going from 2nd to 3d. It's only during releasing the clutch and switching into (1st and 3rd) gear.

Model is 2003 accord coupe, v6 stick shift, 130k miles on it. I changed the clutch about a year ago.

Please help.
What could it be?
And how difficult and costly can I expect the repair to be?
Also I would prefer to get my own part online (rather than from a mechanic where they charge quite a premium).

I forgot what the link of the online seller was who sells honda parts for decent prices online?

Thanks a lot!

Not sure if relevant, you have to judge:
had a new Nissan 4 cyl - 5spd that developed a vibration at two speeds,
when moving down the road, not clutch use related.
Transmission rebuilt under warranty at 8000 miles, told it was a bad tranny bearing.
Which bearing don't know, but fixed problem. Has been my only tranny problem.

Hope yours is easier... Luck

Sounds like a throw out bearing?

yeah I was thinking it could be a bearing.
sometimes it is not doing it at all, while at other times it is pretty bad (the shaking when in 1st/3rd)
how long does a repair like that take?
and does anyone have an idea which part it is? I will try to get it online

hi.. so I have news.
Talked to two mechanics and both said it looks like it is the Flywheel.
One of them said they can take the transmission out ($450) and then look at it if they can resurface the Flywheel ($50) = $500 total.
If they can't resurface it I will have to get a new Flywheel (almost $500 on majestic honda ) awful
what do you guys think?

What strikes me is that IF it's the flywheel, why doesn't it do that in all gears?

considering it doesn't do it all the time and that it is only 1-3rd gear, could it be the engine mounts?
that's what a mechanic told me today. Labor would be $90 if I bring the mounts, or $180 if they do everything. If it is only one mount, maybe $120, but they need to jack it up first (he only test drove it)

he mentioned the rear engine mount and the front right mount after "switching gears" when standing with the handbrake on and another guy looking at the engine.

what do you guys think?
