first gear and third gear = car shaking (stick shift)

i got myself into a pretty ****ty situation here..
talked to several mechanics and everyone wanting to change something else
#1 resurface flywheel ($500)
#2 put in new flywheel ($1000)
#3 change engine mounts ($100-$200)
#4 accelerator pedal sensor
perhaps i should shell out $72 and have them diagnose this issue at Honda?
hopefully they would pin point it and not just tell me something general like "replace the clutch" or that the trannyneeds to get out
