Hello newbie here, Need help with my turn signals. When I use them they buzz and barely flash. I replaced the flasher down by the emergency break pedal. But they are still buzzing when I use the turn signals. I have a 2007 Honda Ridgeline. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do they make the same noise when you turn on the hazards?

 

The hazards don't make a noise and they don't work.
